A Space Where You Can Come Home to Yourself
guiding you back home to yourself
If you’re here, chances are you’re carrying something heavy. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, I want you to know one thing—you don’t have to face it alone.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Tykisha, LCSW-C, LICSW, and the Founder and CEO of The Well House Collective
My passion is creating a space where people feel safe enough to heal, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to reclaim their lives. I believe healing is about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about restoring your inner foundation and helping you reconnect with the person you were created to be.
Every person’s story is unique, which is why I take a personalized, compassionate approach to care. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports your emotional, mental, and relational well-being.

Before I was a therapist, I was someone learning what it meant to heal. Like many people I work with, I’ve experienced moments that challenged my strength, tested my faith, and changed the course of my life. Those experiences didn’t define me, they shaped my understanding of resilience, compassion, and the power of healing.
At one point, I felt stuck instead of truly living. I was always caring for everyone else while neglecting the person who needed my care most– me.
I stopped waiting for life to change and began doing the work to change my life. I began discovering that healing wasn’t about becoming someone new, it was about returning to the person I was always meant to be. That experience taught me that healing is possible, no matter how broken life may feel and that we all deserve a place to come home to ourselves.
One day, I decided I wanted better so I chose healing over surviving.
It inspired me to create The Well House Collective– a place where people can find hope, healing, and the support they need to come home to themselves.
